REGISTRATION
Registration for Saturday, February 28, 2009, and Sunday, March 1, 2009, will open at 7:30 a.m. All programs on Saturday and Sunday will start promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Space is limited for all classes. To confirm a seat for any of
the three tracks, please send the completed registration form with payment to:

Registration received without payment cannot be guaranteed a seat in any of the programs. All payments to be made by check or money order payable to the SEHSC.
Registration fee covers all refreshments, lunches and handouts. Registration deadline is Monday, February 2, 2009.
Refund policy is as follows. Individuals who cancel prior to the registration deadline of Monday, February 2, 2009, will receive a total refund. No refunds or cancellations after February 2, 2009, will be given. If you need to cancel, you can substitute another individual. The Council must be notified immediately. No shows at the seminar will not be eligible for a refund.

LODGING
A block of rooms have been reserved for the seminar’s participants at the Country Hearth, 710 South U.S. Highway 11-15, Selinsgrove. The rates are: $70.00 single/double/triple occupancy plus 6% sales tax and 3% local occupancy tax. Please call the Country Hearth Inn at (570) 374-8880. Please tell the staff that you are attending the Spring 2009 EMS Seminar offered by the Susquehanna E.H.S. Council, Inc. Cut off date for making room reservations is February 20, 2009. Remember, you are responsible for any and all room charges.
SMOKING POLICY
According to Susquehanna University’s officials, NO SMOKING is permitted in ANY building on campus and in compliance with the "Clean Air Act" smoking is not permitted within ten feet of all public buildings. Those utilizing outside locations are to keep the area neat and clean.
EMS AWARDS BANQUET
Everyone is invited to the EMS Awards Banquet that will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2009, at the Front Street Station in Northumberland, Pennsylvania. Kay Ella Bleecher, MSN, CRNP, CEN and Lead Nurse Practitioner at York Hospital-Wellspan Health System, and A. J. Heightman, MPA, EMT-P, Editor-In-Chief, JEMS, will be the guest speakers. The cost is $20.00 per person which includes a hot buffet dinner and an evening of fun. To make a reservation, please include $20.00 per person with your payment for the seminar. The evening’s activities will start with a social hour/cash bar from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. followed by the EMS awards presentation. The banquet is open to all conference attendees as well as local EMS practitioners.
